Porous Ceramic Ball

Porous ceramic ball is a new product developed on the basis of inert ceramic ball, it uses the ball diameter as the axis for opening holes, which has a certain mechanical strength, chemical stability and thermal stability as inert ceramic ball, and increases the specific surface area and voidage, thereby increasing the dispersion and flux of the material and reducing the resistance of the system. The materials of porous ceramic balls and porous ceramic balls are feldspar, feldspar-mullite, mullite, mullite, corungite, corungite, etc. In the same reactor and reactor, under the same operating conditions, compared with the original covering support material, the vapor-liquid distribution is more uniform, the flow rate is significantly increased, the system resistance is significantly reduced, and the catalyst is not caking or burning. Thus, the service life of the catalyst is extended.

Porous Ceramic Ball

The porous ceramic ball is made of industrial alumina and refractory kaolin by scientific formulation, forming and high temperature calcination. It is suitable for dispersing gas and liquid, supporting, covering and protecting catalyst in high and low temperature converter, converter, hydroconverter, desulfurization tank and methanation furnace of chemical fertilizer plant. Porous ceramic balls can also be used in hot blast furnaces and heating conversion equipment in the steel industry. It has:

1. High mechanical strength, long service cycle;

2. Good chemical stability, no chemical reaction with the material;

3. Good high temperature resistance, the highest heat resistance temperature of porous ceramic ball can reach 1900 degrees.

Refractory porcelain balls are divided into ordinary porous ceramic balls, high-aluminum porous ceramic balls and low-silicon balls. Ordinary porous ceramic balls are suitable for converters and converter furnaces in sulfuric acid and fertilizer industries, and high-aluminum porous ceramic balls are suitable for hot blast furnaces and heating converter furnaces in urea, steel and other industries.
