Ceramic Cross Ring

Ceramic cross ring, also known as ceramic cross diaphragm ring packing, as the name suggests, its shape shows a cross structure, is a special ceramic packing. It is developed based on increasing the specific surface area of the filler to enhance the mass transfer efficiency.

The ceramic cross ring packing is to add a cross partition in the middle of the Lacey ring. Generally speaking, this kind of packing is only suitable for the whole packing due to its large size, and it is generally only used as the bottom support distribution layer of scattered packing. 80-150mm specification can be used as supporting material, the void ratio is greater than 60%, the number is the number of converging.

It combines the excellent characteristics of ceramic materials, such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength, making it widely used in tower equipment in chemical, petrochemical, environmental protection and other fields. The design purpose of the cross ring packing is also to increase the specific surface area of the packing and improve the gas-liquid mass transfer efficiency.
