Acid-resistant ceramic flat ring products are based on the existing stainless steel flat ring and plastic flat ring structure, while integrating the advantages of ladder ring and pall ring by optimizing mold design, refining mud, careful sintering and other processes. We use chemical hard porcelain formula, Al2O3/SiO2 ratio of 2:1, so that more mullite (3Al2O3.2SiO2) content can be formed, so it has high mechanical strength, porcelain fine, high temperature resistance and cold and heat resistance.
