4a Molecular Sieve

4A molecular sieve has a pore size of 4A, adsorbing water, methanol, ethanol, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, ethylene, propylene, does not adsorb any molecule with a diameter greater than 4A (including propane), the selection of water adsorption performance is higher than any other molecule, is one of the largest molecular varieties in industry. Type A molecular sieve belongs to one of the molecular sieves, its structure is very similar to NaCl, belonging to the cubic crystal system. Because the effective pore size of 4A molecule is 0.4nm, it is called 4A molecular sieve, and its spatial network structure is composed of silicon oxide tetrahedron units [S104] and aluminum oxide tetrahedron units [A104].

Regeneration:


1. Moisture removal: 200~350 degrees Celsius dry gas under 0.3~0.5kg/cm2 pressure, through the molecular sieve bed for 3~4 hours, so that the production temperature to 150~1800C, cooling.
