Compared with the Laxi ring, this packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, small resistance, large operating elasticity, etc., under normal circumstances, the same pressure drop can be 50%-99% larger than the Laxi ring, and the pressure drop is 50%-70% smaller than the Laxi ring during the same treatment, and the tower height also has a pressure reduction, and the Pall ring can be about 20%-40% of the packing volume compared with the Laxi ring.

PP Pall ring is a porous ring packing made of PP material, which is widely used in tower equipment in chemical, petroleum, environmental protection and other fields, such as absorption tower, regeneration tower, washing tower, drying tower, etc. PP Pall rings have a uniform pore structure and a large flow area, which can ensure that the fluid is evenly distributed in the packed bed, while reducing the pressure drop and increasing the fluid flow rate. Its large porosity ensures high mass transfer efficiency, and the large surface area enhances the contact area between gas and liquid, improving mass transfer performance. PP Pall rings have good corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis and most chemicals, and are suitable for use in a variety of media. Although polypropylene is not as resistant to high temperatures as metal fillers, it can be used at both room and high temperatures, such as in equipment such as hot water towers. PP Pall rings are less expensive than metal fillers, lightweight, and easy to transport and install. PP material has good wear resistance, the filler is not easy to wear, and the service life is long.
