PTFE structured packing is primarily used in chemical reactors, separation columns, and other industrial installations to improve the contact efficiency of gases and liquids. Fillers are typically made of tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or other fluoride materials, which have excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance and can be used in extreme chemical environments.

PTFE Structured Packing
PTFE structured packing is regular in shape, usually cube, cuboid, or other geometric shapes. This regular shape contributes to the uniform distribution of packing within the column and provides stable structural support. The packing is precise in size and shape to ensure that the packing forms an even packing layer within the column. Structured fillers typically have a hollow structure with holes or channels inside. This design helps to increase the contact area of gases and liquids, facilitating the mass transfer process. Some PTFE structured packing materials have a corrugated or grooved structure, which helps to increase fluid turbulence and mixing, improving operational efficiency. PTFE material has a smooth surface, which reduces the accumulation of liquids and resistance to flow, reducing the possibility of clogging. PTFE materials are extremely inert to most chemicals and are able to operate stably for long periods of time in strong acids, alkalis, and other corrosive environments.

PTFE Structured Packing
The design of structured packing provides a large number of contact areas and channels to help improve the efficiency of mass transfer between gases and liquids. The structured shape and uniform packing help reduce the pressure drop of the fluid in the packing layer, improving operational efficiency. PTFE materials are resistant to high temperatures and are suitable for use in high-temperature reactors and columns. PTFE structured packing is used in chemical reactors to improve the mixing efficiency of reactants. PTFE structured packing is used in separation columns to enhance the contact between gases and liquids. PTFE structured packing is used in the exhaust gas treatment tower to improve the exhaust gas purification effect.
