Ceramic Raschig Ring

Ceramic Raschig Rings are a type of high-diameter-equal-height open-hole ring packing with high mass transfer separation efficiency in towers. They feature a large flow capacity and low pressure drop. Ceramic Raschig Rings have a high open area, large voids, high throughput, and low resistance. Gas and liquid within the packing tower can flow freely through the packing, resulting in a well-distributed gas and liquid phase within the packing layer. Especially, the inner surface of the packing rings is easily wetted by the liquid, allowing for full utilization of the inner surface. In towers, the liquid sprayed onto ceramic Raschig Rings flows along both the outer and inner walls. This increases the liquid dispersion and enhances the utilization of the inner surface of the packing.

Detail

Ceramic Raschig rings are a packing material used in industrial applications such as gas and liquid separation, catalytic reactions, etc., ceramic raschig rings are ring-shaped with inner holes and outer rings, this ring design provides multiple flow channels for fluids, helping to optimize the contact between gases and liquids. The structure of the Lassi ring contains stepped bumps or depressions, which are designed to resemble the rungs of a ladder, increasing the surface area of the packing and the perturbation of the fluid, thereby improving the efficiency of gas-liquid contact. The material of the ceramic raschig ring usually has a certain porosity, which increases the specific surface area, and this porous structure helps to improve the mass transfer performance and processing efficiency of the fluid. Due to the use of ceramic materials, the Lassi ring has excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion.

Ceramic Raschig Ring

It is stable in high-temperature, acid-alkali environments and is suitable for harsh industrial conditions. Ceramic lassi rings have high mechanical strength, can withstand high pressure and impact, and are suitable for high-load and high-strength operating environments. The stepped design of the Lassi ring can effectively break the laminar flow state of liquid flow and promote the mixing of gas and liquid, thereby improving the reaction efficiency and separation effect. Ceramic lassi rings are available in different diameters and heights and can be adjusted to suit different industrial equipment and operating conditions according to specific application needs. The stepped structure increases the contact area between gas and liquid, improves fluid distribution, and reduces dead zones, resulting in improved mass transfer efficiency.

Ceramic Raschig Ring

Due to its unique structural characteristics, ceramic raschig rings are widely used in many industrial fields. Used in gas scrubbers, ceramic lassi rings help to improve the contact efficiency between gas and scrubbing liquid, and enhance the removal of contaminants (such as sulfides, nitrogen oxides, etc.) in the gas. In the wastewater treatment system, the ceramic raschig ring is used as a filler for the biofilm reactor, which provides a good surface for microorganisms to attach and improve the biological treatment effect of wastewater, especially suitable for aerobic and anaerobic treatment processes. Used as a catalyst carrier in chemical reactors, ceramic raschig rings provide a stable operating environment and high catalytic reaction efficiency, especially for high temperature and corrosive reaction conditions, such as catalytic cracking reactions in the petrochemical industry. Widely used in the separation and purification of chemicals and petroleum products, the design of ceramic raschig rings optimizes gas-liquid contact and improves separation results.

Ceramic Raschig Ring

In the process of gas separation, ceramic raschig rings help to improve the uniformity of gas distribution and separation efficiency, such as air separation, natural gas processing and other applications. Used in cooling towers, the structural design of the ceramic raschig ring increases the contact area between cooling water and air, improves cooling efficiency, and is suitable for industrial cooling and water treatment. It is used to treat various industrial waste gases, such as those generated by chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, and enhances the purification effect of waste gases by optimizing the contact between gases and liquids. Used in dehydrogenation and cracking reactors in the petrochemical industry, ceramic lassi rings provide a stable operating environment that improves reaction efficiency and product quality. In gas adsorption and separation units, ceramic Rasi rings help optimize the flow path and distribution of gases, increasing the efficiency of adsorption and separation processes.
