Plastic PVC Heteroclitic Saddle is an improvement of the rectangular saddle. The feature of the heteroclitic saddle packing is that it modifies the smooth fan-shaped arc side of the rectangular saddle into a concave shell-shaped arc or a wavy convex arc with raised ridges, which further increases the contact gap between the packing. This makes it more conducive to the flow and dispersion of gas and liquid in the packing layer. It also increases the number of openings to communicate the inner and outer surfaces of the packing and increase the free flow channels, which are beneficial to the distribution of liquid and the renewal of the surface. Therefore, the polypropylene heteroclitic saddle packing has higher treatment capacity and lower pressure drop than the rectangular saddle, and the mass transfer performance is improved.
