Ceramic structured packing

1. Construction method

(1) After the packing arrives, Party A shall arrange the unloading site near the tower equipment in accordance with the construction proximity principle, so as to facilitate construction and installation;

(2) The hoisting method of tower packing installation is 2 types (hoisting by winch/hoisting by 25 tons crane);

(3) The packing hoisting adopts 1.5 m *2 m basket, and the carrying weight of the basket is 1.5 tons;

(4) Layout of safety management personnel: 1 on-site safety management (safety guard)

(5) Tower equipment packing installation for restricted space work tickets, and do a good job of construction environment monitoring (such as limited space oxygen content detection), the use of four-in-one air detection equipment;

(6) The installation of packing shall first be marked by the site manager or technician with a red (conspicuous) marker on the tower wall according to the loading height of the drawing;

(7) When the tower diameter is ≥1 m, the ceramic corrugated packing is composed of a variety of shaped edge blocks and regular blocks, and the packing installation is installed according to the part number of the construction drawings;

(8) Each layer of packing in the installation process from the edge to the center of the installation, the installation of the filler bump caused by ceramic slag to clean up, packing installation as far as possible to ensure the integrity of the filler;

After installing the first layer, install the second layer at a 45° Angle, and install the filler successively to the elevation
