Metallic material

Commonly used stainless steel, copper, aluminum, pure titanium, molybdenum five titanium and other materials, with high strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for petrochemical, fine chemical and other fields 125. Plastic material

Mainly including polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc., with light weight, corrosion resistance, easy processing and other advantages, often used in gas purification, water treatment and other scenarios. For example, corrugated plastic sheet packings are used in environmental engineering to accelerate the sand removal and sedimentation of sewage 12.

Ceramic material

It is known for its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, but its texture is brittle, and it is mostly used for gas absorption, liquid extraction and other processes. The specific surface area of ceramic corrugated packing is large, and the separation efficiency is several times that of bulk packing 1.

Carbon fiber material

It is a new type of material, with both high strength and lightweight characteristics, suitable for separation and purification under special conditions.

PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) material

It has strong chemical stability and high temperature resistance (-200℃~250℃), and is widely used in corrosive environment such as chemical industry and environmental protection, such as desulfurization and denitrification device 68.
