3. After the packing support frame is installed, its surface should be smooth and clean. When installing, it is necessary to ensure that the flatness error is within the specified range. For example, if the inner diameter of the tower D is ≥2m, the flatness error is not less than 4mm.

4. Starting from the port on the packing bracket, Hengerwo Chemical will mark the inner wall of the tower every meter to mark the number of meters, so as to grasp the position of the packing layer at any time.

5. The direction of each layer of packing and the orientation of the corrugated plate of the next layer of packing overlap with a 90-degree Angle of view. After each package enters the tower, it should be placed according to the series number.

6. The packing block should be packed closely without any gap. After each pad is in place, adjust the tightness of each place with a special packaging tool, and firmly step on each place. The bottom plate must be in close contact with the bottom plate.

7. Do not bring dirt in the packing installation link, and do not leave packing such as fine iron wire in the tower.
