The zirconia content of yttrium stabilized zirconia beads is approximately 95%, so it is often called "95 zirconia" or "pure zirconia baht". The use of rare earth yttrium oxide as a stabilizer, the use of high whiteness, high fineness of raw materials to ensure that the material does not pollute.


Application industry: Mainly used in the requirements of "zero pollution" and high viscosity, high hardness material ultrafine grinding and dispersion, such as: non-metallic minerals, pesticides, electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, titanium dioxide, medical supplies, pigments, dyes, inks, special chemical industry.


Yttrium stabilized zirconia beads characteristics: at room temperature with high strength and high toughness, high density, good wear resistance, high temperature corrosion resistance, high stiffness, no magnetic conductivity, electrical insulation, thermal expansion coefficient close to the advantages of steel. When the zirconia ceramic ball is at 600℃, the strength and hardness are almost unchanged. Using yttrium oxide as stabilizer, it is made by special molding process and high temperature roasting and phase fixing process.

3. Impact resistance, low wear: TZP zirconia ceramic microbeads toughness is good, in the high-speed, high concentration of the machine does not crack, peeling, wear only 1/2 of zirconia silicate beads.
